To Improve Seniors' Quality of Life in Somerville, Katjana’s Administration Is taking on senior homelessness with our Older Adults Bridge Program.

Bridge Program

This Bridge program allows us to provide financial and social services to keep low-income seniors in their homes while they transition to subsidized housing. Supports lifelong learning and aging in place, we increased the Council on Aging's capacity, programming, and supports for both seniors and caregivers.
